Angus Kong
Angus Kong is currently studying Human Kinetics at Capilano University where he plans to expand his knowledge in the fitness industry. Hard working and determined to help you find a way to achieve your goal, Angus is certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer and group instructor.
Angus has a strong sports background, playing Basketball at a competitive level for 8 years, his love for basketball transcended just playing the sport, he is also an assistant coach for his high school team Burnaby North Vikings. Angus belives that helping the kids improve their skills on the court can translate to improvements in the classroom, because Basketball is a sport of discipline and strategy.
Aside from the volunteer coaching, Angus is an active member in the community, he helped raise money as well as participate in the Concrete Hero event this passed august (2014) benefiting the BC Cancer association.
Angus has a passion for strength and conditioning, he knows it takes dedication, hardwork, and motivation to give clients the ability to achieve their fitness goals. A true believer in the NLTS motto "My Body My Goal" Angus is here to help you.
