PERSONAL TRAINING
 

 

Next Level Training Systems LTD brings personal training to the comfort of your home, or suitable facility, in the lower mainland of Vancouver BC. The trainers here at NLTS use a combination of practical experience and education to find the best methods, and individualized  training plans that will help you with your fitness needs and goals.

 

We have mobile trainers who can commute to your house, or apartment and train. If your gym, or training facility allows you to bring your own trainer, we can train you there. Apart from that there are some independent gyms that we can train you , which may cause a slight price adjustment to hourly rates. 

 

 
 

  • Price varies between trainers, and amount of sessions wanted.

  • Prices can range between $30-$100 an hour 

  • One on One services availabe

  • Pairs can train as well prices can vary for this option

  • Trio sessions available as well minimum $25 a person, prices can vary on amount of sessions wanted

     

CORPORATE HEALTH 

 

Next Level Training Systems goes corporate! Providing free consultations, and programs tailored to your company’s specific needs.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

 

Next Level Training Systems Athlete Development programs are high-octane, intense programs, developed to increase your agility, strength, speed, explosiveness, and core strength

 

The NLTS trainers are dedicated to help athletes in Vancouver British Columbia reach their fitness goals. Our trainers can help elevate your skills on any playing field through their knowledge of sports science for any age or skill level. 

 

Youth Sport Specific Skills are also taught by our certified trainers, which can help your son or daughter, further their knowledge and skill of their particular sport.

 

  • Prices range from $30-$100 an hour

  • One on One programs

  • Pairs and Trio rates available

  • Group Rates available for teams

  • Group rates (TEAMS): starting at $5 a person up to $20 a person, depending on how many people per session.

GROUP FITNESS

 

Are you and your friends having a hard time finding time for the gym? Or are they too shy to be in a gym setting? 

 

Next Level Training Systems provides group Training that comes to you. Groups between 5-10 people can enjoy the luxury of NLTS's professional trainers catering to your groups needs. 

 

We provide very affordable, and effective programs that will help your group with core strength, weight loss, strength, and muscle conditioning

  • Groups of 5 -10 can enjoy high intensity workouts for as low as 15$ a person 

  • Student Pricing available with Valid school ID 

  • Individualized workouts tailored to each groups needs and goals

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle conditioning

  • Team atmosphere 

ONLINE TRAINING
 

Next Level Training Systems LTD brings online personal training to the comfort of your home or office computer.

 

The trainers here at NLTS use a variety of methods to make them selves available to you throughout the day ( Email, Videos, Phone, and Text) they will use these tools to find the best methods, and create the best training plans suited to your specific needs.

 

Monthly packs of workouts sent electronically to each client, this includes their own individualized workouts and nutrition guidelines for that month.

  • Online training from $100-$200 per month, price according to what the clients needs are
